MIM has a student:faculty ratio of 15:1, the best among the B-Schools in the state.Faculty members in MIM are all lecturers possessing requisite qualification and rich domain experience. Apart from teaching, they engage as resource persons in workshops, seminars, conferences, faculty development and management development programmes. All the faculty of MIM possess the required eligibility and qualification and are highly experienced as well from various domains.

Senior faculty members additionally render their services as consultants to corporates, who seek their help in analysing and addressing the needs and challenges faced by the industry. Few faculty act as visiting or guest aculty to other leading colleges to share their expertise with the students on various subjects.
