Process Compliance of University Curriculum to Attain PO
Following is the process used to identify the extent of compliance with the University curriculum for attaining the Program Outcomes.
- Listing out the Courses of the program.
- Categorize the entire Curriculum into Core Courses, Extra Disciplinary Courses, Elective Courses, Soft Skills/Computing Skills, Summer Internship and Projects.
- Identify Course Outcomes for each Course
- Map each Course Outcome with Program Outcomes.
- Based on All CO-POs mapping, map the courses/subjects with the Program Educational Objectives.
- Identify the Level of each PO with respect to all the courses pertaining to the corresponding POs
- Identify the level of gaps in the PO
- Find the reasons for the gap, through feedback collected from the faculty, alumni, parents, employers, and industry experts.
- Take steps/Take action to bridge the gaps from the suggestions received from the faculty, alumni, parents, employers, and industry experts.

Continuous Assessment and Evaluation Processes
Procedure for the Continuous Assessment and Evaluation Process
1. Syllabus Completion Status
The Academic Committee confirms the completion status of the syllabus for the course handled by facilitators and sends the status to DEC Committee to initiate the assessment process.
2. Syllabus Finalization for CAT (Continuous Assessment Test) Finalize the syllabus that will be covered in the CAT and send a circular signed by the Director to all concerned on the date of commencement of the CAT.
3. Question Paper (QP) Setting
Submit the prepared question paper and scheme to the DEC for review.

7. CAT Conducted
Evaluate the answer papers from the CAT.
9. Answer Paper Distribution and Verification
Distribute the evaluated answer papers to the students for verification.
10. Mark Finalization and Entry in CAMU
Finalize the marks and enter them into the CAMU (College Administration Management Unit) system.
2. Syllabus Finalization for CAT (Continuous Assessment Test) Finalize the syllabus that will be covered in the CAT and send a circular signed by the Director to all concerned on the date of commencement of the CAT.
3. Question Paper (QP) Setting
- The DEC issues a circular signed by the director and attaches a QP format to all the subject handlers.
- Prepare the question paper and scheme, ensuring it is mapped with Course Outcomes (CO) and Program Outcomes (PO).
Submit the prepared question paper and scheme to the DEC for review.
5. Correction Suggested
- If corrections are suggested by the DEC, make the necessary amendments to the question paper and scheme.
- Resubmit for DEC approval.
7. CAT Conducted
- CAT Timetable is issued and put on the notice board.
- Invigilation Schedule is issued to the faculty members
- Administer the Continuous Assessment Test to the students.
Evaluate the answer papers from the CAT.
9. Answer Paper Distribution and Verification
Distribute the evaluated answer papers to the students for verification.
10. Mark Finalization and Entry in CAMU
Finalize the marks and enter them into the CAMU (College Administration Management Unit) system.
Note:
- Ensure all steps are documented and followed as per the guidelines set by the examination committee.
- Regularly update and communicate with the DEC to ensure a smooth and transparent examination process.
